Scuttlebut: New Dog Park in Eckington (Bryant St) + Staircase next to CIty-State Brewery. I would say it is at the end of Bryant ST NE where one would enter the MBT trail entrance near the Rhode Island Ave metro pedestrian bridge.
No idea if DPR or park attached to the apartment building but if I had to guess, I would say it would be open to the public as there seems to be other outside improvement work going on around it.”
