Lee wrote earlier this week: “there has been a very high-pitched beeping/buzzing around Dupont Circle for at least three days. Does anyone know what it is?”
and Dr. Naira Kalra writes: “can anyone confirm or reject my sneaky suspicion that Dupont Circle, D.C. now has one of these horrible anti-loitering mosquito devices”
