Today’s Rental was chosen for the Porch, Deck, AND Patio

This rental is located at 3rd Street NW near Shepherd Street NW. The Craigslist ad says:

The home has 1,000+ square feet of lushly landscaped outdoor space, including a front yard with a miniature orchard of fruit trees and berry bushes and a breezy covered porch, perfect for participating in Petworth’s famous “porch culture”.
