A negative Covid test from the previous 72 hours will also be accepted.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

***Masks are still required upon entrance, ordering, and moving through the bar.***”

From The Green Zone (2226 18th Street, NW):

“The delta variant of Covid-19 is spreading most amongst the unvaccinated and can be lethal to them. Effects on the vaccinated are nothing trivial, but not nearly as severe.

To keep our guests and staff safe, starting Tuesday August 17, all guests must show proof of full vaccination before coming inside the bar: either your official vaccine card, or a photo of it. This will be verified with the name on your ID.

Guests seated at our Streatery are exempted, but must keep masks on 100% of the time if entering to use the restroom.

Furthermore, if you have a medical reason preventing you from getting a vaccine, please show us proof such as a doctor’s note, and you must keep your mask on also. But for your own safety, please considering enjoying our drinks and food outdoors.

Thank you for your understanding. Let’s keep 2020 from lasting until 2022!”
