“The District’s reported data for Thursday, August 12, 2021 includes 196 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 52,201.

The District reported no additional COVID-19 related deaths.

Tragically, 1,150 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.

Below is a summary of the District’s current ReOpening Metrics.”
