THE HOUSE:
-> It’s a spacious two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom rowhouse
-> There’s a basement, back garden, and a porch
-> There’s a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, and central air
-> Sadly, no pets or cigarette smoking allowed
THE ROOM:
-> The room is unfurnished and at the center of the house with a large south-facing window
-> Big enough for a bed, desk, accent chair and dresser
-> Huge closet with built in shelves
Rent is $1,130 + Utilities (internet, water, electric, gas) normally at $100-125/month per person + common area cleaning at $30-40/month per person + common area furnishing (one time fee, returned upon move out). Ideally, we’d like our roommate to sign onto a year-long lease. We are looking for someone who is vaccinated, and queer & BIPOC friendly.
