Andrew replies: “Welp, the biggest development over the past year was a small tractor was brought to the site. Aaaand that’s about it. There’s been no outward work whatsoever. So at this rate, I’d definitely guess not until 2022 at the earliest.”
Derek replies: “They still haven’t actually filed for a building permit, per DCRA Scout. So it’s still gonna be a while”
Town Danceboutique closed after 10 years in Shaw in 2018.
