Preferably seeking an established roommate group / couple / fam unit / person that will rent the ENTIRE top floor (3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom), but will consider individual room renters as long as you aren’t bothered by the idea of sharing spaces with people you don’t know. Lease terms are flexible; At least 6 months sublease preferred, but longer is fine too. $2995 for the entire upstairs (3 br +1 bathroom). (If renting to separate individuals, the smaller bedroom is $800 and the other two larger bedrooms are each $1100.)

Main floor has living room, dining room, and kitchen, which is shared with one quiet and polite basement tenant. Washer and Dryer in basement. Street parking.
