“Digital Covid Vaccine Certificate?”

Ed. Note: I don’t believe there is a QR code but DC Health launched a “Portal for Residents to Access COVID-19 Vaccination Records”.

“Dear PoPville,

I’m planning an international travel and the travel requirements of the destination require proof of full covid vaccination or negative PCR test, but both have to be in a digital certificate form with a QR code.

I’m fully vaccinated but only have the physical vaccination card received at the vaccination card. Has anyone been able to obtain a digital certificate of their vaccination card or was able to get their PCR test results in a digital form. I checked with the CDC, IIS and the health department but no one is able to provide me with an answer of where to get such digital certificate. I would really appreciate any help on that matter.”
