I am looking for a reliable and mature long-term tenant can self-manage the property, making minor repairs, and managing the basement apartment and outdoor spaces. The house was built in 1907 and has been updated, but still has many of its original features.
I live in another state so I place a premium on a tenant-manager who can:
• Take care of small problems as they arise
• Make minor faucet, toilet and other repairs
• Maintain the front and back yards
• Shovel/sweep the sidewalk and steps when it snows
• Clean out the gutter
• Alert me to problems
• Coordinate and meet with contractors/repair technicians
• Advertise and show the basement apartment when needed

Showings (virtual or in-person) are available upon request starting this weekend. If you’re coming in person, please do mask up and if you have any symptoms of illness, schedule a virtual showing instead. We’re also available to answer any questions via email.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
