Lots of bike share – there’s a new docking station at the corner. The house is in the middle of a double-long tree-lined block.

Afraid of basement living? The property is treated regularly to prevent insects & pests, the front drain was completely reworked in 2015 and I’ve got flood insurance. My dog and the front door camera seem to do well at keeping porch thieves at bay.”
