“Dear PoPville,
Do you have any idea what motivated DC to install what appear to be permanent pylons on L Street NW at 20th, effectively making L Street one lane at that point, then reopening to two lanes once through the intersection? There was already a left-turn lane there. Takes many drivers by surprise and can’t think of a single rationale for doing it.”
