“Dear PoPville,
On Saturday around 2:30 pm you were crossing the street from Logan circle to P st heading west. You had what I believe to have been walking a corgi or corgi mix. I was biking through the circle and came way too close to you and your poor dog. You had to hold them back for a moment.
You were probably having a nice enough day given that it was beautiful out. I feel awful that I might have ruined that.
I should’ve stopped and apologized right then but I didn’t realize what I had done until a block later. I have no excuse that would negate my actions. I wholeheartedly would like to apologize and hope you two had a nice rest of the day.
