I live on River Rd NW which has turned into a massive pothole both inbound and outbound from the Maryland border all the way into Wisconsin Ave, by the Tenleytown Target. They are nearly impossible to ignore unless you can somehow turn your car into a video game joystick. As this is a truck route into the city, the potholes seem to be getting worse.
I’m sure there are other streets in the District that are in similar situations, so I’m sure the path to paving exists, I just have no clue what to do next. 311 seems to only have the option for a single pothole, rather than needing paving on the entire street.
I was wondering if anyone else who lives on a busy truck route like this has had history with fixing a situation like this.”
