Been getting notified more and more about these instances, most recently by Katy yesterday:
“I will not be paying $250 out of pocket for a COVID test.”
Ashley replies: “I got one from Cigna too. That’s a heavy disincentive to getting tested.”
And in March we spoke about a similar situation.
At least Aetna replied to Katy’s original message so hopefully they were able to fix without too much hassle.
