Today’s Rental was chosen for the price and outdoor space

This rental is located at 1430 A Street, SE. The Craigslist ad says:

“$1,325 / 1br – Need outdoor space? Sunny 1BR w/back porch near Lincoln Park (Capitol Hill)

Well-maintained one-bedroom apartment with a small, private back porch and access to a large back yard for BBQing, etc. Spacious, lots of light, wood floors, and separate eat-in kitchen, living room and bedroom. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Apartment is on the second (top) floor of a 4-unit building.

Convenient location on a beautiful residential street just two blocks off of Lincoln Park. The building is four blocks from Stadium Armory Metro and approximately seven blocks from Potomac Avenue Metro. There are two Capital Bikeshare stations within 1-1/2 blocks. $1,325 + utilities (tenant pays for heat, but water/sewer is included in the rent). Building is wired for Comcast.

Great value for the price. No dogs or smoking, please. Indoor cats are allowed with $300 pet deposit. (Note: There is no laundry on site. The nearest laundromats are at 11th & C St., SE and 11th & C St., NE.)

Available immediately.

Please email us if you would like to set up an appointment and get a copy of the application. I plan to make a video tour to send to people so we can limit the number of in-person tours to those seriously interested in applying.

Real estate and job references are REQUIRED.
Application fee is $25.
