The backyard has a grill and an off-street parking spot available for a small fee (that I have to double check on.) The house also has solar panels!
Room is available May 1. The room is fairly large, with a big closet. The picture shows a full size bed, desk, dresser, and bookcase. A/C and heat are controlled by Nest.
We are about a 20 minute walk from the NOMA/Gallaudet metro station and probably 25 minutes from Union Station. The apartment is extremely close to many restaurants and businesses on H St and in the NOMA area: Maketto, Toki Underground, Kitchen Cray, Copy Cat, Mozzeria, Insomnia Cookies, Hill Prince, Pursuit Wine Bar, Shopkeepers, Union Market, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Giant, REI. You can get downtown within twenty minutes by bus (X3/D4/D8/X1/X2/92)
Ideally, I’m looking for someone in their late 20s to mid-30s, who is friendly/considerate/kind, motivated to maintain a clean home, a good communicator, and likes dogs. This would be month to month.
