“A new Retailer’s Class C Restaurant with a seating capacity of 45 and Total Occupancy Load of 175. This includes a Summer Garden with a seating capacity of 70 and Total Occupancy Load of 100.
Licensee is requesting an Entertainment Endorsement to provide both indoor and outdoor live entertainment.”
