From AlertDC: “The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the District of Columbia, which is in effect from 7PM this evening until 10AM on Thursday, February 11, 2021. A total snow accumulation of 1-3 inches is expected.
IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.”
via NWS: “A protracted winter storm will move into the region late Wednesday and persist into Friday. Significant snow is possible. For those locations most likely to see heavy snow Wednesday night, a Winter Storm Watch is now in effect.”
