I took my Christmas tree to the curb last week and I received this week a bill for the bulk pickup. ($212, for whatever that information is worth.)
I moved into a new building a few months ago. In previous buildings, there were days to put it out. And before that I was in a single-family home, serviced by the city. So, this is a new experience for me.
Is this common? Is this why people sneak their old trees out to the sidewalk and other places where they don’t belong?”
