DC Fire & EMS reported around 8pm Saturday: “DC animal rescue in the woods off 42nd & Edmunds St NW. Dog inside a storm drain about 100 yards into the woods. Unit on scene requesting confined space rescue assignment.”
“Update Animal rescue 4200 block Edmunds St NW in woods. #DCsBravest are devising a plan to get into the drain pipe to reach the dog.”
