This is a FRONT CORNER CONDO which means windows on TWO sides. NO SUBLETTING

Utilities included are hot/cold water, trash, local TV channels, condo is wired for cable.

There is a move in fee of $200.00 paid to the association….AND, being the “move-in” door is located on the side, there is no need for the use of the elevator, which makes it quite easy !!!! (the terrain of the building slopes up towards the back/sides)

The square footage is 1060. Mstr bdrm is 14×11 and 2nd bdrm is 12×11, l/r d/r is 14×19.
Secured bike rack also in secured garage below building. Parking spaces do come up for rent within the bldg, or across the street inside various hotels if needed for guests, also.
