“The District’s reported data for Saturday, January 2, 2021 includes 255 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 29,764.
The District reported that two additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

· 80-year-old male
Tragically, 794 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
