“This evening (Thursday) at approximately 5:35 pm, a victim left their car running in the 400 block of 8th Street SE while picking up food. An unknown suspect entered their vehicle and fled in an unknown direction.”
“This evening (Thursday) at approximately 7:45 pm, a victim left their car running in the 500 block of 8th Street SE while picking up food. An unknown suspect entered their vehicle and fled in northbound on 8th St SE, followed by a black van with unknown tags.”
