Yesterday around 2:30pm a friend was in a hit and run on North Capitol after Michigan and just before the Irving exit going north bound. He was hit by a new white Ranger Rover with Maryland tags. They did not stop.
My friend was driving his new (used) dream truck he has just purchased two days ago.
It is a white 2006 Toyota Tundra.
I know this is a long shot but if there is anyone who maybe saw this happen it would be really helpful to talk to them. Or anyone might have photos of the car going north…
