Thanks to Emily for sending: ” the Taco Bell/KFC at the intersection of New York Ave and Bladensburg in NE appears to have permanently closed. I noticed fencing up around it while driving by and Google indicates it’s permanently closed. I didn’t find any info on why it closed though.”
Anyone know what development is coming? WBJ noted it was for sale in September. You can see the big plans, New City DC, from Douglas Development coming next door here.
