Sam looking for some advice before signing a lease:
“what are some things we should ask/get written assurances regarding before signing a new lease on a house?”
Some early replies:
“Pest management/abatement. Internet provider options (and process if you need “installation” by a provider (for example, wired for Comcast but you want fios), security camera installation terms.”
“Ensure that appliance repair and maintenance are included. Ensure you have appropriate protection from the landlord selling the property out from under you. Landscape maintenance. Who pays for trash/water/sewer. Right to entry terms. Any HOA restrictions.”
