Security Deposit: Equal to a full months rent
Utilities: Owner pays for water and condo fee. Tenant pays for electricity cable\internet
Lease term: One year minimum

Renters insurance is required. This is typically $10-$15 a month.

Rental requirements:
All applicants subject to criminal\credit\background check.
$45 application fee per adult occupying the unit.
700 credit score with no late payments within the last two years. Only payments later than 30 days show on credit reports.
$45,000 combined income
Positive rental history (no eviction cases, no excessive damage to property. No more than 2 late rental payments.)
No violent felony convictions within the last seven years.
