“Other Half DC is set to open THIS Saturday.”

via Other Half Brewing DC (1401 Okie Street, NE)

Thanks to G for passing on from Other Half Brewing DC via DC Beer, Other Half DC writes:

“It’s finally happening, folks! Other Half DC is set to open THIS Saturday. We have been working towards this day from the first time we visited DC, and we are beyond thrilled that it’s finally here. We’re coming in hot with some of our old favorites and new DC renditions of collabs, along with a few brand new beers. ⠀
⠀
Order [Friday], 10/16, starting at noon, for PICKUP on Saturday, 10/17.

All sales via Curbside Pickup ONLY. Sorry! We aren’t open for onsite consumption yet!⠀
⠀
Orders can be picked up on Saturday between 10am-8pm and Sunday between 11am-6pm. We WILL NOT be allowing sales for walk-ups or allowing lines to form. Please DO NOT come to the brewery before you receive an email saying your order is ready for pickup. You do not need a car to place an order for Curbside Pickup, but you must wear a mask at all times. Instructions on how to collect your order will be in your order confirmation. ⠀
⠀
Now, on to the fun stuff… We plan to have 5 brand new beers to share with you! 3 new DC exclusives and 2 collabs with our friends @monkishbrewing and @trilliumbrewing. #staytuned for more details on the collabs. ⠀
⠀
Zero Anniversary Imperial IPA (10.0%) You’re only born once so why not celebrate it! We worked with local DC artist @trapbob to come up with this spaced out version of our DC brewhouse. This one is blasted with Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, El Dorado, Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. $22 per 4 pack.⠀
⠀
2 Years 2 Months Later IPA (7.2%) It took long enough, 2 years and 2 months to be exact, but we are finally here and ready to brew some fresh beer in DC. Opening a brewery is a long and arduous process, but when those first beers finally come out, it makes it all worth it. Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Sabro. $16 per 4 pack.⠀
⠀
Tomato Factory Imperial IPA (8.0%) This one will hit you hard. In the best way, of course. Packed with Citra, Vic Secret, Riwaka and Sabro, so many great tastes together. Feeling lucky for the opportunity to convert this old tomato canning factory into a juice canning factory. $18 per 4 pack.⠀
⠀
DC–it’s been a long journey, but we’re finally here! We are looking forward to opening the taproom and brewery doors to all”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
