This rental is located at Quincy Street NW near 10th Street NW. The Craiglist ad says:

Room available in our bright and spacious 3 bedroom/1.5 bath rowhouse steps away from the Petworth/Georgia Avenue metro and within walking distance to several grocery stores and great restaurants.

The house has two living/dining areas as well as a large, recently re-furbished back deck overlooking a lovely community field. The available bedroom has tons of space, a huge built-in wardrobe, and is perfect for working from home.

– W/D in-unit shared with basement tenants
– Shady front porch
– Central A/C
– Hardwood floors
– Shared full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs

You will be living with two female young-professionals who enjoy cooking, puzzling, and reality TV. We prefer to live with another female and with someone who is taking social distancing seriously. Viewings will be virtual unless requested otherwise.

Move-in timeline is flexible! We can accommodate a move-in between mid-September to mid-October if needed, although ideally rent payments will begin Oct 1.”
