What’s up with the tenant in the Barclay Apartment building at 16th and Corcoran St, NW? Someone throws popcorn out, I suppose to feed the birds and squirrels. It’s contributing to the rat problem. I have left messages with the building with no response. #stopthepopcorn It happens regularly. I work evenings and night shifts sometimes and at night it definitely attracts rats. I took this picture a few night ago.
