DC Fire & EMS reported around 2:30pm:

“9 patients transported to Thompson’s Boathouse from the Potomac River have been evaluated by #DCsBravest & do not require any medical treatment. 3 others were removed to Va. shore by @DCPoliceDept Harbor Unit and subsequently left the scene.”
