“The District’s reported data for Thursday, May 7, 2020 includes 245 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 5,899.

The District reported 19 additional COVID-19 related deaths:

· 49-year-old male
· 50-year-old male
· 57-year-old male
· 64-year-old male
· 69-year-old male
· 71-year-old male
· 72-year-old female
· 75-year-old male
· 76-year-old male
· 76-year-old male
· 76-year-old male
· 79-year-old female
· 80-year-old male
· 86-year-old male
· 86-year-old male
· 87-year-old male
· 93-year-old female
· 96-year-old female
· 96-year-old female

Tragically, 304 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.”
