“The District’s reported data for Saturday, May 2, 2020 includes 219 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 5,016.

The District reported 11 additional COVID-19 related deaths:

· 25-year-old female
· 49 -year-old male
· 54-year-old female
· 55-year-old female
· 58-year-old male
· 60-year-old male
· 65-year-old male
· 69-year-old male
· 70-year-old male
· 72-year-old male
· 87-year-old female

Tragically, 251 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.”
