“Sapporo-style Ramen Shop Hatoba from Daikaya Group in Navy Yard Launches New Yakisoba Kits”

Hatoba – the 3rd Sapporo-style ramen shop/4th restaurant from the talented team behind the Daikaya Group – Daikaya, Haikan, Bantam King, and Tonari – including dynamic DC-based partners and restaurateurs Daisuke Utagawa, Executive Chef Katsuya Fukushima, and Yama Jewayni – has announced the launch of their new Yakisoba Kits, available to the public beginning, Tuesday, April 21st, 2020 – all day/lunch and dinner.

Yakisoba is a popular Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Priced at $13 per kit, each Yakisoba Kit from Hatoba includes: one package of noodles, sliced pork belly, sliced onions and bean sprouts, shredded cabbage and carrots, sauce (Shio, Shoyu, or Miso), aonori, and pickled ginger. The new Yakisoba Kits will be available for contact-less delivery and via online ordering for pickup/takeout featuring a selection of options including Shio, Shoyu, and Miso. Detailed step-by-step cooking instructions will also be printed and included with each Yakisoba Kit.

In addition to the new Yakisoba Kits, diners can continue to place orders for Hatoba’s signature Sapporo-style ramen selections including their Red Miso Clam, Spicy Red Miso, Yuzu Shio, Garlic Shoyu, vegan-friendly Tomato Curry, and Hiyashi Chuka, in addition to an assortment of kozara – Japanese-inspired small bites, and canned beverages.

Hatoba hours of operation for delivery and online orders available for takeout/pickup are Sunday through Thursday Noon to 8pm, and Friday and Saturday Noon to 9pm.
