I have a question regarding my neighbor’s property on the other side of the alley. Our neighbor hasn’t been seen at this property in over four years. I’m assuming he’s still paying taxes and mortgage, as there hasn’t been any foreclosure notices on the property. But since he hasn’t been here in years, the property is falling apart as you can see from the photo.
Fence falling down, squirrels squatting in the attic, backyard completely overgrown, etc. I’m worried the fence is going to fall into the alley at some point.
I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts or ideas of anything us neighbors can do to address this?”
