“A group of recent Georgetown grads started a fundraising effort called Fuel the Fight to deliver meals to hospitals in the DMV; it’s great because we are also using local restaurants and food trucks to provide the meals. My company (Curbside Kitchen) is helping them source the vendors. Fava Pot (has a stand in Union Market) will be delivering 50 meals to Georgetown Hospital this Friday. We will be continuing this over the next several weeks… every dollar helps!”
