From the Mayor’s Office:

“The District’s reported data for Thursday, April 9, 2020 includes 137 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 1,660.

The District reported six additional COVID-19 related deaths: a 61-year-old female, a 69-year-old male, a 74-year-old male, a 77-year-old male, an 86-year-old male, and an 89-year-old female. Tragically, 38 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.”
