In a few months, I’ll be looking to rent a rowhouse in NW DC that provides access to a fenced-in backyard area, so that my dog can go in/out freely during the day. I currently have this living situation in DC, so I want to hold on to it if possible! Because it seems like these types of properties are pretty rare, I’m hoping to hire a realtor to help find this type of rental property in a neighborhood that I want to be in.
Can you recommend any real estate agencies (or specific realtors) that can help out? I’m unsure if all real estate agencies help out potential renters, rather than just buyers/sellers.
Ideal rental locations would be in Adams Morgan, Kalorama, upper Dupont, or nearby surrounding areas. Thanks so much!”
