I live in Park View and for the last several years a woman has been leaving large amounts of cat food in the alley behind my building. Several of my neighbors in my building and on my street have asked her to stop and she basically verbally assaults anyone who comes near her. Unfortunately she is feeding more rats than cats.
I’m wondering if anyone else has her depositing food and water in their alleys and how large an area she is covering. More so, I’m wondering if there is anything that can be done to stop her? The one or two cats that come out to eat her food I believe have owners. I’ve seen at least four rats at a time eating the food she leaves behind.”
