“On 1/7/20 at approximately 0001 hours, First District officers responded to the intersection of 14th and H Street NE for sounds of gunshots. On the scene, the officers found a vehicle had collided with a building adjacent to the intersection. The vehicle’s driver was suffering from two gunshot wounds. The victim was transported in stable condition to an area hospital for further treatment. The victim and the passengers of the vehicle were only a able to provide a description of a gray Toyota sedan occupied by three black males. That suspect vehicle was last seen fleeing the scene westbound on Florida Avenue NE.
