This beautiful row house is located in the NE DC neighborhood of Eckington. Architectural highlights include original hardwood floors, high ceilings and large windows

The first level has a traditional floor plan with separate living, dining and kitchen areas. The large kitchen boasts beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. A half bathroom with laundry is also located on this level.

The second level consists of three nicely sized bedrooms with plenty of natural light and lots of closet space, and a full bathroom with a large skylight and a claw-foot bathtub.

Exterior features include a spacious front porch, and private parking for two vehicles at the rear of the property.

Eckington, in addition to having its own charm, is conveniently located between Bloomingdale & the Rhode Island Ave Metro Station, with many shops and restaurants to choose from. The house is within walking distance to the red line, buses G8, G9, & P6, Bikeshare stations and Zip car locations.

There is a $50 application fee per application. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 650. The minimum lease term is for one year. Tenants are responsible for three-fourths (3/4) of the monthly water, gas and electricity bills. Tenants are responsible for general landscaping maintenance and snow removal. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Pets are not accepted.
