“We are so curious in our family and talk about it almost every day!”

2001 18th Street, NW

“Dear PoPville,

Everyday I drive down Florida and up 18th. For the past 3 (?) years the northeast corner there has been converted from a wine store to what was supposed to be a bar. The rumor was the bar would connect to Jack Rose underground. We have watched the progress for years and it still looks like they aren’t close. The past few weeks I haven’t seen any construction crews. Do you know anything about this or if it is on hold? We are so curious in our family and talk about it almost every day!”

This is of course The Imperial from the Jack Rose folks coming to the old De Vinos and Dahlak spaces. When I walked past last weekend there was a rip in the paper and they really do look super close:

STAY TUNED.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
