“Resources for a young man living out of his car?”

“Dear PoPville,

I’ve noticed a young man, likely late teens-early twenties, living out of his car on my block the last month or so. I see the gentleman hanging at his car or the car running each time I step out of my house (walking the dog, commuting, running errands, etc.).

I was wondering if folks knew of any resources I could share with him, DC services I could point his way, or advice in general. I don’t want to intrude but would like to help if appropriate. I’ve tried to be friendly, but haven’t been able to connect with him.
