“La Coop’s popup opened today in the Cheese Monster space on Kennedy St. My fiancee and I stopped by this morning, and it might be the best coffee I’ve had in DC. Juan, the proprietor, seems like a really lovely guy as well.
I know he imports directly from his family farm in Guatemala as well as other direct trade with their farmer cooperative.
As a Manor Park resident I am very excited for their permanent space to open up, which I understand is well on its way.”
