WJLA reported an arrest has been made:
“A WMATA spokesperson told ABC7 News in a statement that the unidentified man was “tracked through the system and arrested by Metro Transit Police at 8th and E Streets SE after exiting the system at Eastern Market. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife).””
Not on video, but seen by my friend (who is now in touch with the police): the white male began harassing a black female. The young woman brushed them off repeatedly. The white male then approached the elderly couple (white woman, black man) and began threatening them.
