Wednesday:
Working in the street with a single cone for protection from traffic.
A police officer came and explained that it’s city property, not safe, etc. and he left/was removed.
Thursday (today):
He’s back with even more equipment!
It’s a random guy who decided the sidewalk here wasn’t safe. He’s fixing it with pavers that don’t match the existing brick. I’m not sure where they came from.”
