“Alert: Robbery Establishment (4th Street Market) in the 6900 blk of 4th Street NW. Lookout is for (2) two B/M’s. S1: B/M,40 years of age, dark complexion. S2: B/M, 50 years of age,wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark glasses, armed with a handgun. L/S northbound on 4th street in a green trash truck.”
