Any suggestions on support/meet up groups for family members of metastatic cancer patients? Metastatic cancer is the big bad cancer that comes after breast cancer, and is terminal, e.g. it’s what’s going to kill you unless a bear eats you.
I have a family member going through it right now, and even though the median age of survival is 3 years once diagnosed, she’s onto year 5 but is starting to hit a bit of a wall. Wanted to reach out and see if folks know of places to chit chat with other folks who’ve got family members with the dreaded mess.”
