“When the morning sun hits a new building on L St. NW, it casts vibrant green &/or pink light. Commuters who notice the light look confused & spin around looking for the source of the light. Do you think that was the architect’s intention?
I wonder if it happens throughout the day or is it just when the sun hits the building at the right angle. I saw it last night on my way home from work too.”
